How a water bill can help repairing a window

Italian processes are exactly as chaotic as one would expect.
They sent us to 4 garages and a warehouse for car glasses until we had it fixed and in between they destroyed our windshield and made the damage even worse - but they are so charming and helpful doing things wrong that you just can't get really angry.

In the end we were sent to a garage that was able to fix it. And it was really strange that they needed an Italian tax number from us for creating the bill. The woman already thought about tricking the system and asking google how to solve the problem when Uller remembered that by accident we emptied our post box before we left at home, so we actually carried the water bill from Ullers Italian apartment - having the tax number imprinted! Unbelievable how different things can have a connection in the end.
