Wildays day 1 and Ducati Workshop in Parma

As there were not many people here yesterday and no programme and everyone started early in the morning we went to bed early and had a nice and quiet night.
After some cappuccino we had a look at the festival area and checked all the shops and found that it was really hot today. On the way back Guido noticed that my oil seal leakes at the front fork. Which is not good as it was on the side where the brake disk is and oil could drop there. So we decided to look for a Ducati workshop who could fix the problem. Obviously our vehicles love to be in Italian workshops. We also do, it's always funny to learn how things work out (or don't) in Italy. They anyway didn't have the spare part but had a quick fix for it.

We also used the ride for a navigation test. Until now we always wrote down the route on paper and put it on the tank. Sometimes in cities I navigated with my smart watch but you always have to look at your wrist. So I bought a used sony smart watch 3 and a piece to hold it for the handlebar. I tried this on the way to Parma. Worked out perfect but only works really good with Google maps.
On the way back Uller used the “kurviger“ app but as this does not work on smart watches you have to use ear plugs to have audio navigation. Also fine and much nicer roads.  They brought us to nice villages and again quite broken off(roads).
The landscape is great with the sand hills.

We came right back for the aperitivo at the beach - great scenery, cool music, meeting old friends and also Mia and Jens arrived from Germany

We had some street food at the festival and went back to the camping with two Romanian freaks Tony and Rasvan. We or they (?) had great fun comparing Germany to Romania. They laughed for 5 minutes when they saw Guidos motorcycle ramp which serves us as a table at the moment... “it's like building a pyramid to park a motorcycle in it“

Now we will enjoy the evening at the campsite where (don't ask why, it's Italy) they built up the stage and will have the bands playing (only 40 metres from our bed) ....
